Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Main Course Media is committed to making maincoursemedia.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnifiers. Accessibility is part of building things well, and we treat it that way.
Conformance Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for web accessibility. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the site over time.
What We Do
Steps we take to keep the site accessible include:
- Semantic, well-structured HTML with a logical heading order;
- A “Skip to content” link and a keyboard-operable navigation menu;
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images;
- Labels and ARIA attributes on interactive elements where they help;
- Color choices intended to meet AA contrast for text;
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, so animations and background video are minimized for visitors who ask their device to reduce motion;
- A responsive layout that works across screen sizes and zoom levels.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party components (such as embedded maps or forms) and certain rich media may have limitations outside our direct control. If you run into a barrier, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.
