12 questions, answered directly. Where the honest answer is "don't pay us for this," it says so.

What exactly do you post, and how often?

Four posts a week across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook, plus two SEO- and GEO-optimized blog posts a month published to your site and syndicated to social. You also get a monthly engagement report.

The posts are built from your real work — the photos you send — rather than generic stock content, because a photo of your actual crew outperforms a graphic every time.

How much work is this for me?

Sending us photos of your business and your work. That is it. We write, design, schedule, publish, and handle engagement, and you never have to log in or think about what to post.

We ask for photos rather than captions because you cannot outsource being there. Everything downstream of the photo, we handle.

Does social media actually bring in local customers?

Rarely as a direct lead source for urgent services, and honestly for a plumber it is not where the calls come from. What it does do is confirm you are a real, active business when someone checks you out after finding you on Google — and that check happens constantly.

An account that went quiet two years ago actively costs you trust. For planned, visual work — remodels, landscaping, outdoor living — social does drive genuine interest and is worth more.

Which platforms do you post to, and can I choose?

Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook by default. You can absolutely narrow that — if LinkedIn is irrelevant to your residential business, we would rather concentrate the effort where your customers actually are.

What does "engagement" mean, and is it safe?

Hands-on weekly interaction with real, relevant accounts on your behalf — replying, commenting, and following in your local market. It is ramped up gradually on purpose, because aggressive automated activity is how accounts get restricted.

The goal is a following of actual local people who might hire you, not a vanity follower count from bought or irrelevant accounts.

How do the blog posts help my SEO?

They give search engines and AI assistants something specific to index and quote. Two posts a month, each answering a real question your customers ask, builds pages that rank for those searches and can be cited in AI answers — while doubling as social content.

This is the "they ask, you answer" model: the questions buyers type are the pages worth writing. Cost questions, comparison questions, and "what goes wrong" questions outperform generic tips.

Who writes the content — a person or AI?

Both, deliberately and in that order. A marketer decides the topic, angle, and what is true about your business; our trained AI systems do the drafting; then a person edits and fact-checks every piece before it publishes. Nothing goes out unreviewed.

Everything our AI does, we know how to do by hand and have done by hand. That is what makes directing it safely possible.

Will the posts sound like me or like a robot?

Like you, because they are built from your work and reviewed by a person before publishing. We set the voice during onboarding and adjust it based on your feedback in the first month.

If a post does not sound right, tell us and we change it. That feedback improves everything published after it.

Do I need social media if I already do SEO and ads?

Not necessarily. If budget is limited, SEO and advertising produce leads more directly and should come first. Social is the layer that makes the rest more convincing, which is why it sits in our top package rather than the entry one.

We would rather tell you to skip it than sell you a channel that is not going to earn its keep yet.

Can you manage my reviews as well as my social accounts?

Yes, and review management is included in our SEO work rather than in social. That covers a system for asking happy customers, plus responding to reviews as they arrive — including the bad ones, which matter more than owners expect.

How much does social media management cost?

$600 a month à la carte, or included in the Market Leader package at $1,890 a month alongside your website, SEO, and all-channel advertising.

What if I do not have photos of my work?

Start taking them on your phone — before, during, and after, on every job. It costs nothing and it is the single highest-value thing you can do for your marketing. In the meantime we work with what exists, but the results are genuinely better once real photos start arriving.
