13 questions, answered directly. Where the honest answer is "don't pay us for this," it says so.

How long does a new website take?

You see a first design concept within ten business days of sending us your content and access, and the finished site goes live within thirty days of your approval. That is weeks rather than the months a traditional development shop takes — and there is no build fee, because the website is included in your monthly plan from month one.

Speed is one of the real advantages of how we work. A marketer sets the direction, our trained AI systems do the heavy build, and a person reviews every piece before it ships. The main variable is how quickly we get your content — photos, service details, and answers about your business.

Do I own my website?

Yes, completely — the design, the content, and the source code, along with your domain and every marketing account we touch. Ownership is not conditioned on staying with us. We never hold a website or an account hostage, and there is no buy-out to leave with it.

We host the site on our own infrastructure while you are with us, included in your fee. If you leave, you choose: we hand over the complete source files at no charge, or we keep hosting it month-to-month so you do not have to move it. Either way it stays yours. This is worth checking with any agency — plenty of "free website" offers are rentals that stop working the month you stop paying.

How much does a website cost?

It is included in every package rather than priced separately, starting with Starter at $790 a month, with no setup, build, or onboarding fee. We do not sell websites à la carte because a site with no SEO behind it rarely gets found, and a site nobody finds is not worth building.

What makes a website actually convert visitors into customers?

Four things, in order: it loads fast, it works flawlessly on a phone, the phone number is tappable and visible without scrolling, and it answers the question the visitor arrived with. Design taste matters far less than most owners expect.

More than half of local searches happen on a phone, and a visitor deciding whether to call is not evaluating your color palette. They are looking for a price, a service area, a review, and a way to reach you.

Can I edit the website myself?

No, and it is a deliberate trade. Your site is built on a static architecture — the reason it loads the way it does — so there is no dashboard to log into. Instead you tell us what to change and we make it, usually the same day, included in your plan at no extra charge.

Most clients prefer this: edits cannot accidentally break the layout or the page speed, and nobody has to learn a page builder. If a self-service editor genuinely matters to you, tell us before the build begins and we will construct the site on a content management platform instead. That has to be agreed in writing up front, because it changes how the whole site is built.

Will my website be fast?

Yes. We build static sites rather than bloated page-builder installs, which means pages are served as finished files instead of assembled on every request. This site is built the same way — you can measure it.

Speed is not vanity. Slow pages lose visitors before they see anything, and real-time AI retrieval crawlers drop pages that take too long to respond.

Do you use WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace?

Generally none of them for new builds. We build on a modern static architecture that is faster, more secure, and cheaper to host than a WordPress install with a stack of plugins. If you are already on one of those platforms and want to stay, we will tell you honestly whether that is a good idea for your case.

What do you need from me to build the site?

Photos of your actual work, the list of services you want to sell, the areas you serve, and honest answers to the questions customers ask you most. That is the bulk of it, and the photos matter most.

Real photos of your trucks, crews, and completed jobs consistently outperform stock imagery. Phone photos are fine.

Will my site show up on Google when it launches?

It will be built to be found — clean structure, structured data, service and city pages, and the on-page fundamentals from day one — but ranking still takes months to compound. Launching a good site is the starting line for SEO, not the finish.

What can move quickly is your Google Business Profile, which is why we work on that in parallel rather than waiting.

What happens to my old website and my existing rankings?

We map every existing URL to its new equivalent and redirect it, so anything already ranking or bookmarked keeps working. Skipping that step is the classic way a redesign tanks a site's traffic.

We also keep the old site accessible until the new one is verified live and correct.

Is my website accessible to people with disabilities?

We build to established accessibility practices: real semantic markup, keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, and a skip-to-content link. This site publishes its own accessibility statement.

Accessible markup also happens to be exactly what search engines and AI crawlers read best, so this is not a tax — it is the same work.

Do you build e-commerce or booking systems?

Booking and scheduling integrations, yes — those are common for service businesses and we wire them in. Full e-commerce catalogues are outside what our packages are built for, and we will tell you that rather than take the project and learn on your money.

What if I already have a decent website?

Then you may not need a new one, and we will say so. In that case SEO à la carte at $595 a month is often the better fit: we improve what you have instead of charging you to replace something that works.
